The dissertation is devoted to the research of European integration processes, carried out from the standpoint of social-constructivism. By using sotsialkonstruktyvistskyh approaches analyzed retsyproknist Member States and the structures of the European Union, the nature identities of the Member States, the peculiarities of European political culture and discursive practices and the nature of modern critical trends in the European Union. The model of the ratio of multiple identities of the member states with EU collective identity is substantiated. The classification of EU member states is proposed, with the distinction of four main groups, the differences among which influence the dynamics of European integration. The prospects of Ukraine's membership in the European Union using theoretical principles of social-constructivism.
