Ryzhuk O. Information Security of Ukraine in Conditions of Globalization Challenges and Hybrid War.

As a result of the research carried out in the dissertation, a number of new theoretical positions were formulated, the conclusions were substantiated, recommendations were made and proposals on the prospects of providing information security of Ukraine in the conditions of Russian aggression, in particular: For the first time: a comprehensive analysis of the phenomenon of information security in the context of considering such basic categories as "information", "information warfare", "information society", "hybrid warfare"; systematically analyzed the problems and threats faced by Ukraine on the way to European integration in the context of the formation of an information society; proposed measures to be taken by Ukraine to protect the national information space and effectively implement the national information policy. The positive and negative aspects of the formation of the information society in Ukraine in the conditions of globalization are specified; features, forms and methods of informational and hybrid wars; the timing of the launch of an informational campaign against Ukraine by Russia; Measures that should be introduced by public authorities to counter information aggression against Ukraine; Ukraine's place in building a new global security system. Further development of the study of ways of improving the level of information policy provision of Ukraine in the conditions of globalization and hybrid warfare has been further developed; Justification of the role of the state in the implementation of the foundations of the information society. The conclusions state that information security is one of the most important components of national security. In order to win the hybrid war, increase the level of national security, reduce the information influence of the Russian Federation and protect the information space of Ukraine, it is necessary to ensure the conduct of information policy in the interests of the entire Ukrainian nation; using modern technologies to promote the Ukrainian information resource around the world, including Russia; to increase the level of control over the activities of mass media working in Ukraine, etc. The use of these measures will reduce the informational expansion of the Russian Federation and increase the level of information security of Ukraine.
