Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the improvement of human capital systemic stimulation of construction enterprises on the basis of development of theory and practice of personnel expanded reproduction, determination of problems and the main directions of transformation of stimulation, preservation and development of construction enterprises human capital. The theoretical and methodological level of research allowed to highlight the main approaches and to formulate logical schemes for disclosure of the essence of the main categories and concepts, to develop a methodological tool for research on the transformation of human capital stimulation of construction enterprises; the analytical level allowed to determine the methods for evaluating the effectiveness of human capital incentives for construction companies; carry out an analysis of the effectiveness of stimulating human capital, identify existing problems and their impact on the living standard of the labor potential of the construction industry and construction companies; grounded strategic directions of the development of construction enterprises contributed to the development of measures to encourage employers and workers to increase the professional level of personnel of construction enterprises, the main directions of improving the promotion of human capital and develop a methodology for calculating the integrated index of the level of human capital stimulation at construction enterprises in order to sum up the priority ways to stimulate human capital construction enterprises, growth of competitiveness and effect of construction companies, which is the novelty of the thesis. The tools to stimulate human capital were offered, including: development of the appropriate material incentives for the expanded reproduction of high-quality workforce through the development of programs to organize the development of the qualification level of the personnel of construction enterprises; improvement of incentives for human capital motivation, taking into account the factors influencing the internal environment, which establish long-term profits and are under the direct control of management, as well as personnel of enterprises; environmental factors that establish long-term profits and on which construction companies have little impact. The dissertation justifies the development of the priority ways of systematic stimulation of human capital of construction enterprises, directed on its preservation and development. Their essence is based on the need to create the appropriate incentives and motives related to the factors of the internal and external environment of construction enterprises; progressive forms and systems of organization and remuneration for workers of construction enterprises; improvement of the tariff system of wages by setting tariff rates according to the level of skills of workers; introduction of flexible wage payment systems; improvement of the contractual regulation of wages, including the use of social packages as an important motivating factor in the construction company; improvement of the motivating mechanism for regulating inter-position, inter-qualification levels of remuneration. The practical value of the work is to develop methods, algorithms and program modules of economic effect from the introduction of certain incentives to improve productivity and efficiency of construction companies.
