The dissertation reveals theoretical principles and develops scientific and methodological approaches to the management of the corporate segment of the bank. The definition of the categories «corporate client of the bank», «group of related persons» and the classification of banks' corporate clients is proposed. Four components in the development of the conceptual regulations that impact the bank in the corporate segment singled out. Stages of development of the corporate segment of banks depending on the macroeconomic situation in Ukraine identified. The influence of macroeconomic factors on corporate banking business of Ukraine is determined. The necessity of changing the approach to managing the corporate segment of the bank based on the concept of value added is substantiated. The types of values of corporate clients of the bank are determined. The scheme of calculation of marginal profit for the corporate segment of the bank is presented. The clustering matrix of corporate clients of the bank based on the coverage margin components is given. The use of the balanced scorecard for assessing the effectiveness of management of a corporate segment of the bank is proposed. Within the framework of the balanced scorecard, a «managerial potential» perspective is identified and a list of indicators and algorithms for their calculation for managing the corporate segment of the bank is identified.
