Goretskyy O. Procedures of reconciliation in civil proceedings

The dissertation is devoted to the development of theoretical foundations for the implementation of conciliation procedures, the generalization of the existing experience of reconciling the parties, the substantiation of the optimal design of disputes settlement procedures in domestic civil justice in the context of regularities and trends of its development, the importance of further European integration of national doctrine and practices of the civil process. The scientific novelty of the obtained results is that this work is the first dissertation research of theoretical problems of conciliation procedures in the context of the consistent implementation of the security and reconciliation functions of civil justice in the conditions of formation of new directions of scientific search of civil procedural science and new judicial practice.
