Loktionovs Y. Risk management tools in the system of administration by enterprises of contract construction

The dissertation is devoted to the development of a toolkit that determines the urgency and scale of anti-rhetoric measures, the rules for their implementation in the system of development and administration of construction investment projects (СIP). In the dissertation it is proved, that the efficiency and effectiveness of the system of risk management of construction should be ensured, first of all, by the introduction of analytical indicators and means of organizational and administrative control, which at any stage of the life cycle of the enterprise (phase, stage, work) to provide well-founded grounds interested in CIP (from the institutional environment, the organizational structure of the administration and development of the project, or from the structure of the participating enterprises), the reasonable capacity to ensure that the production rohramam enterprise and lifetime of the project implemented without deviation or obtain information about the level of risk of threats and expected outcomes.
