Bondarenko B. Regularities as a subject of general theory of law

The complex scientific research of the nature and content of state-legal regularities as a category that determines the subject of the general theory of law is carried out in the dissertation work. The functional purpose and mechanism of action of state-legal regularities are determined, the criteria of their typology and the methodological basis of the research are substantiated. The author analyses the history of the origin and development of ideas about the subject of general theoretical legal science. It is established that in philosophy and philosophy of law there is no single understanding of the laws and regularities. The use of a general philosophical approach to understanding the regularities is unacceptable for the state and the law theory, in connection with which it is necessary to focus on the formation of a special legal concept of state-legal regularities.
