Goal: research and development of theoretical and methodological foundations, develop ment of practical recommendations for effective management of organizational culture of maritime enterprises. Research object: management of effective development of organizational culture of maritime enterprises. Research methods: systemic and structural analysis; systematic approach , systematization; method of expert evaluations and statistical analysis; correlation and regression and cluster analysis; factor analysis; method of logic simulation and functional approach; abstract logical approach. The following was improved: an approach to assessing organizational culture of the enterprise; management model of company`s organizational structure; foundations of portfolio management strategies of company`s forming organizational culture; organizational maintenance of development of company`s organizational culture. The following was further alaborated: definition of he concept "organizational culture of a company"; the structure of the company`s organizational culture; systematization types of company`s organizational culture; study of the relationship of company`s competitiveness, its organizational culture and its performance; ambiguous definition of exposure factors and indicators that characterize them in accordance with the following groups: political, economic, psychological, and sociocultural factors; indicators of work as the effectiveness of company`s organizational culture. Scope: enterprises regardless of its branch affiliation.
