Essay

The dissertation is devoted to development of sensitive and validated spectrophotometric methods for quantitative determination of nitrogen-containing medicinal products on the basis of reactions with quinone derivatives. The working standards of 6 substances of drug preparations were used as research subjects, namely, atenolol, acetylcysteine, betahistine dihydrochloride, xylometazoline, meldonium dihydrate and metoprolol tartrate. Investigation results show that the developed methods are precise, simple and relevant to be applied at the quality control laboratories for dosage forms.
