The dissertation work is devoted to purposeful search of new low-toxic and high-level compounds of hepatoprotective action with antioxidant, actoprotective effects among (3-thio-4-R-1,2,4-triazol-5-yl)(phenyl)methanols and their structural derivatives, to determine regularities between the nature and peculiarities of the compounds’ structure and their biological activity, as well as to select the most promising, in terms of creating a potential drug, substance, implementation of primary standardization and its recommendation for further study. Unknown before, 2-((5-(hydroxy(phenyl)methyl)-4-methyl-4H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl)thio)aceto-nitrile is recommended for in-depth study as high-level potential hepatoprotective agent with anti-oxidant type of action.
