The dissertation is devoted to the solution of the actual scientific problem related to the development of method of increase of safety of flights and navigation of air ships in difficult meteorological terms by treatment of light and infra-red signals and construction ray-alarm systems. The scientific novelty of the obtained results is that: improved method of permanent supervision of signals of equipment of lightning technology flight-landings bars, which, unlike known, is based on treatment of commuter radial signals of IR-range additionally to the independent optical channel of information between an air ship and landing bar; got subsequent development method of compatible treatment of signals visible and IR-ranges at cooperating with an atmosphere in the wide range of descriptions air water-dispersible environment in which, unlike known, the model of “soft” transparent aerosol particles of spherical form is used; got subsequent development method of supervision of light signals of equipment of lightning technology flight-landings bars during accompaniment of air ships at landing in difficult meteorological terms, which, unlike known, is based on the concordance of spectral descriptions of sources with optical descriptions out-of-cabin environment of air ship.
