The object of study: arterial hypertension, degrees, cardiovascular risk, quality of life. The purpose of the study: Analyze the dynamic changes in the quality of life in patients with hypertension in the age and sex when achieving the target blood pressure level, depending on its degree and cardiovascular risk level against the background of antihypertensive therapy and the inclusion in the scheme of treatment of nootropic drugs in the conditions of the ambulance general practice-family medicine. Methods of research: general-clinical and paraclinical - for evaluation of clinical manifestations of hypertension and the study of etiological factors of the disease; anthropometric - for assessing body and body mass index (BMI); laboratory: biochemical - to determine the presence of hypercholesterolemia; instrumental: electrocardiography, home monitoring of blood pressure, "office" monitoring of blood pressure, daily blood pressure monitoring to determine the manifestations of hypertension and the exclusion of cardiac arrhythmias that cause hemodynamic impairment and require drug correction; Sociological - questionnaires: adapted questionnaires SF-36, SAN scale for determining the quality of life, Morisco-Green questionnaire for determining adherence to treatment; determination of the 10-year risk of fatal cardiovascular events on the scale SCORE; Biostatistics - for the purpose of mathematical processing of mathematical data. Scientific novelty of the obtained results. For the first time, the influence of age and sexual factors, various degrees of arterial hypertension and cardiovascular risk on the quality of life indicators in patients with arterial hypertension, which are under the supervision of a family doctor, has been studied. The author for the first time conducted a comparative assessment of the effects of combined antihypertensive therapy in patients with arterial hypertension 2 and 3 degrees and moderate, high and very high cardiovascular risk for quality of life indicators. The dissertation substantiated expediency of use of nootropic therapy in patients with arterial hypertension of 3 degrees, taking into account its influence on the indicators of quality of life. For the first time, the possibility of improving the quality of life of patients with arterial hypertension, based on their clinical and psychological status and the nature of antihypertensive therapy in the general out-patient practice of a family doctor, was substantiated.
