The object of study: clinical manifestations of HD and CP, parameters of cardiac rhythm variability, anxiety, neuroticism, state of the kallikrein-kinin system, antioxidant protection, endogenous intoxication, quality of life in 96 patients with hypertensive illness and concomitant chronic pancreatitis and in 35 patients with hypertension. The aim of the study: to increase the efficiency of treatment and rehabilitation of patients with HD in combination with concomitant CP in the conditions of primary care on the basis of development of differentiated programs correction of detected vegetative disorders. The methods of research: clinical and anamnestic - to assess the severity of gastroenterological complaints and to calculate the risk of cardiovascular complications; anthropometric - body mass index (for the establishment of trophological changes); laboratory - superoxide dismutase, reduced glutathione and catalase (to determine the state of antioxidant protection), medium-molecular peptides with a maximum absorption at 254 nm and 280 nm, sorption capacity of erythrocytes (in order to assess endogenous intoxication), plasma proteolytic activity by hydrolysis of protamine sulfate, kallikrein, prekallikrein, ?1-proteinase inhibitor, ?2-macroglobulin, kininase-II (for study the state of proteolytic processes, to reveal the peculiarities of the influence of kinins on the regulation of blood pressure in conditions of comorbidity); results of electrocardiographic, echocardiographic, ultrasound examination (for detection of the signs of myocardial hypertrophy and manifestations of structural damage of the pancreas), standard statistical and spectral parameters of heart rate variability for the purpose of detailed assessment of vegetative regulation - variational scale, amplitude of mod, vegetative equilibrium index, voltage index, autonomic reactivity, indicator of activity of regulatory systems, total power of the spectrum (TP), high frequency oscillation (HF), low frequency oscillation (LF), very low frequency oscillation (VLF), LF / HF ratio; sociological - questionnaires, statistical. Scientific novelty of the results: the dependence of vegetative imbalance in the form of disturbances of cardiac rhythm variability with comorbid course of HD and concomitant CP was proved for the first time. The existence of interdependencies between the indicators of antioxidant defense, general and specific proteolysis, endogenous intoxication and vegetative, psycho-emotional disorders have been confirmed for the first time. For the first time, the effectiveness of complex medical and rehabilitation programs of medical correction of the revealed disorders with the use of a mebicar with the course of a superficial multi-needle differently-metal application (SMDA) has been proposed and proved on the basis of improvement of the clinical course of the combination of HD and CP, reduction of vegetative disorders, positive action on the state of the antioxidant defense system, general and specific proteolysis, as well as the growth of the physical and mental components of quality of life in the process of treatment and rehabilitation. A differentiated approach to the designation of vegetative-regulating agents in the unfavorable course of the combination of HD and CP is proposed on the basis of the correlation links found.
