Francuz I. Theoretical and legal aspects of the enforcement of court decisions in Ukraine

In the dissertation, the state of the study of the enforcement of court decisions was determined and the methodological basis of the scientific knowledge of its theoretical and legal aspects was established. The functional purpose of compulsory execution of court decisions is disclosed, the definition of the concept "principles of activity of bodies and persons carrying out enforcement of court decisions" is generalized, and their classification is improved. It is substantiated that the enforcement of judicial decisions as a legal phenomenon is characterized by the peculiarities of its legal support, therefore, the periodization of the history of the origin and development of legal support for the activities of subjects of the enforcement of judicial decisions in the Ukrainian lands. A comparative analysis of foreign systems for the enforcement of court decisions allowed us to identify their common features and differences, as well as to determine the advantages of introducing in Ukraine a mixed model of the system for enforcing court decisions.
