Aiziatulova D. Diagnosis and correction of morphofunctional state of endometrium in in vitro fertilization, complicated by ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome.

In the dissertation work a new solution of the current task of obstetrics and gynecology, in particular reproductive medicine, is presented - to increase the rate of live birth in women with infertility during in vitro fertilization complicated by ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS). On the basis of evaluation of reproductive results according to statistical reports on assisted reproductive technologies, revealing features of morphofunctional state of endometrium in mice with experimental modeling of OHSS with different doses of gonadotrophins, obtaining new data on morphofunctional changes of endometrium in women (state of pinopodes, molecular profile of endometrial implantation factors, activity of inducible nitric oxide synthase, local immunoreactivity), establishing correlation relationships between expression by endometrium leukemic inhibitory factor and glycoprotein 130 and their content in uterine flushing it was designed minimally invasive technique for diagnosing endometrial receptivity and method of keeping patients during fertilization in vitro, complicated by OHSS, with conducting individualized correction of functional state of the endometrium to transfer vitrified / warmed up embryos together led to an increase in the number of live births in 2,11 times.
