Object of the study is processes of assessment of human capital as the dominant for growth of value added of the enterprise. Objective of study is development of the theoretical positions and motivation practical recommendation of assessment of human capital as the dominant for growth of value added of the enterprise. Methods of research are analysis and syntheses, decompositions, statistical, benchmark analysis, expert estimation and econometric of modeling, linear programming. Theoretical and practical results: the conceptual approach to assessment human capital as dominant for growth of value added; recommendations on improvement of the process decision making for shaping, use and planning the development of the human capital. Novelty is the most further development of the theoretical positions and development scientifically-methodical approach to assessment of human capital as the dominant for growth of value added of the enterprise.
