The dissertation is devoted to the development of professional endurance of future masters of military management in the process of operational and tactical training. As a result of the theoretical generalisation of the researchers' views on the essence of professional endurance taking into account the nature of the professional military activity of future masters of military management, their professional endurance was defined as a professionally important quality, which is an integral manifestation of their mental and physical spheres and ensures the success of professional military activities in overcomplicated, unpredictable conditions due to dealing with fatigue, stress, tension and unfavourable conditions of combat, service-combat and other professional military activities. In accordance with the results of the analysis and generalization of the scientists' viewpoints, the following components of professional endurance were identified: value-motivational, emotional-volitional, cognitive, activity-practical, subjective. The pedagogical conditions for the development of the professional endurance of future masters of military management (pedagogical modeling of the professional endurance of future masters of military management in the process of operational and tactical training, the use of professionally oriented authorial techniques for the development of their professional endurance, improvement of criteria and indicators of the evaluation of its development) were determined and substantiated. The pedagogical modeling of the development of the professional endurance in the process of operational and tactical training was carried out. It enabled the investigation of the training by means of the creation and substantiation of a professionally-oriented model that contains interconnected blocks: the purpose-methodological block; contentual; operational-activity; diagnostic and productive model. A professionally oriented authorial technique for the development of professional endurance of future masters of military management, which is presented by a set of interrelated and systematised principles, methods, technologies, forms, tools, containing three consecutive stages, was designed. At the motivational-cognitive stage future masters of military management are getting acquainted with the problem of the development of professional endurance; diagnostics of levels of its development is carried out; the necessity of its development is actualized, basing on the subjective and work-related experience, which was defined during the analysis of problem situations, in the course of conversations and discussions. At the activity stage, the acquisition of knowledge, skills and abilities for the development of professional endurance is ensured; conditions for the subject-subject interaction and cooperation within the group are created; an independent search for ways to achieve a high level of general physical and emotional endurance, the development of professionally important physical qualities and the improvement of military-applied motional skills and abilities are encouraged; a phased development of the professional endurance is carried out. At the creative and developing stage, it is possible to deepen and improve the theoretical awareness of the issues of professional endurance development; adjustments in the individual plans for the endurance development are made; conditions for the acquisition and self-development of psychophysical and functional readiness that would meet the requirements of professional self-realisation are created; an independent selection of means and methods of its development is carried out; the results of its development are compared to the expected ones; with the help of scientists and pedagogues, new directions and goals for the further development of professional endurance are determined. The professionally oriented criteria and indicators for the assessment of the professional endurance of future masters of military management, such as, value-motivational, emotional-volitional, intellectual, operational and subjective-productive, were improved. The use of the indicated criteria made it possible to define the high, medium and low levels of the endurance development. As a result of the conducted pedagogical research, methodical recommendations for the development of the professional endurance in the process of operational and tactical training, which consider the interests, needs and motives of people, as well as features of lessons using the latest educational material and technical basis, taking into account the requirements of modern hostilities and the peculiarities of the professional military activity, were prepared.
