Kurylo O. Pregravidder training for women with endometriosis.

The dissertation is devoted to the increase of the effectiveness of the pre-glare preparation of patients with endometrioid cysts by substantiating the system of provision of stage medical care for the purpose of preservation and restoration of reproductive health in women with genital endometriosis. The role of anamnestic factors in the development of endometriosis in the examined patients, the presence of hereditary predisposition, the nature and features of the menstrual and reproductive functions, correlation parallels were found. The peculiarities of the clinical course of genital endometriosis were studied, as well as the status of the individual parameters of the ovarian reserve in patients with endometrioid cysts of the ovaries after the laparoscopic cystectomy. A modern comprehensive study was conducted in women with genital endometriosis, with the study of the main pathogenetic parts of this disease with the help of biochemical, ultrasonic, cytophlumeric, morphological, instrumental and other methods of examination. The significance of the system of factors of apoptosis and necrosis in the genesis of heterotopy development was revealed. For the first time on the basis of conducted research, a scientifically substantiated therapeutic complex of three-stage pregravidder training of patients with genital endometriosis, which have reproductive plans, has been developed and tested, which contributed to reducing relapse of the disease and increasing the absolute values of clinical pregnancies.
