In the dissertation, the problem of developing creative activity experience of future Music teachers in the process of pedagogical practice is researched. The approaches to this problem in the scientific literature, in the theory and practice of higher musical and pedagogical education are analyzed; the essence and components of person's creative activity experience are specified; the creative nature of musical and pedagogical activity is covered; the definition of the concept "future music teacher's creative activity experience" is given, its content and structure are covered. The research reveals the creative potential of practical training in professional and personal growth of future specialists. The interdependence between the categories "activity", "practice", "experience" is considered. The specificity of the practical training of future teachers-musicians is justified, its creative character is generalized. Pedagogical conditions of optimizing the development of future music teacher's creative activity experience in the process of pedagogical practice are defined; diagnostic tools of ascertaining experiment are developed, criteria, indicators are proved and levels of formation of the designated students' quality are defined. The technique of developing future music teacher's creative activity experience in the process of pedagogical practice is introduced. The course and results of the pedagogical experiment are systematized and generalized; the check and evaluation of the effectiveness of the developed author's methodology is carried out, its effectiveness is proved.
