The use of a diagnostic marker - cystatin C - is proposed for determining the degree of sub-operative damage to the kidneys parenchyma in patients with nephrolithiasis, which allows to predict the complications in early postoperative period. The algorithm of choice for minimally invasive treatment methods in patients with nephrolithiasis has been developed.
