The thesis contains an analysis of the basic definitions of the concept of the constitutional process in the legal literature, including issues of constituents of the constitutional process and the conditions for its implementation, and also considers the constitutional process as a subject of legal restrictions. On the basis of this, the work examines the legal grounds and the content of the limitations of the constitutional process in the presence of negative conditions for its implementation in Ukraine under conditions of martial law.
