Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the development of differentiated therapy of acne diseases, taking into account the features of metabolic processes and the nature of the clinical course of dermatoses. The purpose of the work was to increase the effectiveness of treatment of patients with acute illness, taking into account the metabolic activity of leukocytes and platelet peripheral by the use of differentiated therapeutic effects. Determination of phospholipids and glycogen in neutrophils and monocytes of peripheral blood allowed to establish a certain lability of metabolic activity of leukocyte subpopulations. The preservation of structural integrity and energy potential of peripheral blood platelets in patients with acne is proved. The expediency of application on the background of standardized therapy of autoplasma has been substantiated. Enriched with platelets. It is proved that differentiated use of autoplasma enriched with platelets significantly increases the efficiency of standardized therapy for acne patients due to multivectoral effects on the metabolic activity of peripheral blood cells, the intensity of the inflammatory process and the clinical course of dermatoses.
