Kuz T. Improvement of organizational-economic mechanism of innovative development of machine-building enterprises in social unstable environment

The object of research is the processes of ensuring efficient production on the basis of innovative development of modern business entities, which are considered by enterprises of the machine-building industry. The purpose of the dissertation work is to substantiate and deepen the theoretical positions, as well as to develop practical recommendations for improving the organizational and economic mechanism of innovative development of machine-building enterprises in conditions of social instability. The author used the methods of analysis and synthesis; methods of statistical analysis; balance method; survey methods, expert evaluations; methods of regression analysis and economic-mathematical modeling; computer processing methods, Microsoft Excel spreadsheet editor. The theoretical significance is: the scientific and methodical approach to assessing the level of innovative development of machine-building enterprises in conditions of social instability, which differs from existing ones based on three components (resource, technological, market-productive) of key indicators that directly determine the level of innovation development at the enterprise of machine-building industry; approaches to the formation of organizational and economic mechanism of innovative development of machine-building enterprises, which, unlike existing, involves consideration of organizational, economic and innovative components; the structure of the organization of the innovation center at domestic enterprises, which will provide a single communication space and constructive interaction of elements of the internal and external environment at all stages of the innovation process, as well as increase the effectiveness of the influence of the subjects of management within the proposed organizational and economic mechanism of innovation development in conditions of social instability; conceptual apparatus on the issues of management of innovative activity, namely the concepts: "innovation in conditions of social instability" and "innovative development"; systematization of factors influencing the innovative development of machine-building enterprises, differing in that they are grouped into technical-economic, organizational-managerial, political-legal and social-psychological; integrated approach to assessing the influence of factors on the innovative development of a machine-building enterprise on the basis of regression modeling and forecasting. Scientific novelty of the results is to improve scientific approaches to the formation of organizational and economic mechanism in the conditions of social instability, which will enable to create conditions for innovative development of enterprises of the machine-building industry. The subject of the study is a set of scientific and methodological approaches, trends and patterns of formation of organizational and economic mechanism that will promote the innovative development of machine-building enterprises. The practical significance of the results of the work is the wide possibilities of using the developed proposals and recommendations for the formation of the organizational and economic mechanism of innovative development of machine-building enterprises in the conditions of social instability in the process of substantiation of the programs of development of enterprises of the machine-building industry and increasing their competitiveness.
