The object of study is the formation processes of industrial enterprises risk management system. The target of the thesis is to substantiate and develop theoretical, scientific-methodical and practical recommendations for formation of industrial enterprises risk management system. The author uses collection of general scientific and applied research methods: dialectical knowledge, deduction and induction to set the problems of research, study and detailing of the research object; morphological analysis - at specification of the conceptual-categorical apparatus of research; abstract-logical approach - at theoretical synthesis and formulation of conclusions; statistical analysis - at identifying the main risks of industrial enterprises development in Ukraine and peculiarities of the industrial enterprises development; functional synthesis - when forming the conceptual principles of the industrial enterprises risk management; situational, systemic, synergistic and hierarchical approach - at development and implementation of scientific and methodological approaches to formation of industrial enterprises risk management system; economic and mathematical modelling - at development of approaches and models of industrial enterprise risk management and assessment of impact of risk management system components on implementation of industrial enterprise development projects; experimental - for approbation and information provision of improved conceptual provisions for the formation of industrial enterprise risk management system. The scientific novelty includes development of theoretical, scientific-methodical, methodical and applied bases of industrial enterprises risk management. The subject of study is theoretical and methodological, practical provisions, methods and models of operation of the industrial enterprises risk management system. The practical value for an enterprise is the possibility to use the proposed conceptual provisions for formation of industrial enterprises risk management system, which are structured at organizational, instrumental and productive levels, that enables to minimize risks and realize the potential opportunities for the development of an industrial enterprise, improve its quality and efficiency
