Tsymbaliuk R. Surgical treatment of patients with acute biliary pancreatitis with biliary hypertension

The thesis theoretically substantiated a new approach to solving a scientific problem - improving the results of surgical treatment of patients with acute biliary pancreatitis. Improved algorithm for decompression of bile ducts, prevention of infectious complications by introducing ozone-oxygen mixture into bile duct. The use of a personalized approach to the choice of the method of eliminating biliary hypertension in combination with intrahepatic ozone-oxygen prevention of infectious complications reduced the incidence of necrotic forms of acute biliary pancreatitis from 54.3 to 37.1 % (p <0.05), mortality from 17.14 to 8.57 % and the average duration of treatment for 6.7 days (p <0.05).
