The thesis is devoted to the study of clinical features of the course of surgical infection developing in surgical sites after reconstructive operative interventions in patients with CLI, the examination of the microbiocenosis characteristics of infected postoperative wound surfaces, the estimation of individual immunological parameters, the development of a complex therapeutic regimen with local application of vacuum aspiration and correction of the general antibiotic therapy according to the identified antibiotic susceptibility, and the investigation of its clinical efficacy.
