Kondratiuk M. Hygienic substantiation of standards and regulations for combined fungicides safe application on cereals spiked crops.

The thesis deals with the solving an important task of preventive medicine - toxicological and hygienic evaluation and regulation of new combined fungicides, meant for application on cereal spiked crops. The performance of this task allows minimizing the plant chemical protection means negative impact on professional contingents, population and objects of the environment. Taking into consideration the expert-analytical assessment, the toxic properties of Elatus Ria 358 EC, Amistar Xtra Gold 280 OD, Barclay Corrib EC, Bolivar Forte SC, Custodia SC, Rotrazon Xtra Gold SC, Maxim Star 025 FS, Serticor 050 FS combined fungicides were evaluated. The allowable daily intake of benzovindiflupyr is substantiated and tentatively safe exposure levels of this compound in working zone air and atmospheric air were substantiated. The behavior of the studied pesticides in the soil, cereal spiked crops was studied, the mathematical modeling of the studied substances behavior in the agrocenosis objects of grain cereal cultures was carried out and the hazard classes by persistency in soil and plants (cereal crops) were established. The maximum residue level of benzovindiflupyr in grain of cereals and its tentatively allowable concentration in soil as well as the maximum allowable concentration in water of reservoirs for economic-drinking and cultural-household purposes were substantiated. A full-scale hygienic research on working conditions of persons involved in the application of the aforementioned pesticides under the conditions of the agro-industrial sector has been carried out, professional risk has been assessed. Hygienic regulations (pre-harvest intervals, re-entry periods) and guidelines for the safe application of Elatus Ria 358 EC, Amistar Xtra Gold 280 OD, Barclay Corrib EC, Bolivar Forte SC, Rotrazon Xtra Gold SC, Custodia SC, Maxim Star 025 FS, Serticor 050 FS were scientifically substantiated. The abovementioned hygienic norms and regulations were approved in accordance with the current legislation.
