Dariy O. Optimization of tactics of auxiliary genesial technologies at married couples with the burdened genetic anamnesis.

Dissertation work is devoted to rising of efficiency of treatment of sterility at married couples with the burdened genetic anamnesis on the basis of scientific justification and introduction of advanced algorithm of prognostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions. New aspects of a pathogenesis of primary and secondary female sterility are established at the burdened genetic anamnesis which consist available correlation interrelations between options transferred genitale pathologies, operative measures and genesial losses. The high prognostic importance of various predictors of the burdened genetic and genesial anamnesis depending on existence of primary and secondary sterility is established, and also at combination of female and man's sterility. The interrelation between the frequency of preimplantation genetic research and efficiency of auxiliary genesial technologies at married couples with the burdened genetic anamnesis is proved. The algorithm of prognostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions for sterility treatment with use of auxiliary genesial technologies at married couples with the burdened genetic anamnesis with use at stage of preparation of preparations of vitamin D and an assessment of level of calcium and magnesium, and also monitoring of level of luteinizing hormone for an assessment of quality of embryos and efficiency of programs is improved and introduced.
