Dissertation work is devoted to rising of efficiency of treatment of sterility at women after various methods of treatment of pathology of ovaries and uterine tubes on the basis of improvement and introduction of algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions. New aspects of a pathogenesis of female sterility at patients after various methods of treatment of pathology of ovaries and uterine pipes which consist in negative influence of resection of ovaries on condition of an ovarium reserve are established. Also, the high risk of development of hydrosalpinx and an obstruction of uterine tubes after conservative plastic surgeries is shown. Features of gynecologic case rate and condition of an ovarium reserve, in depentes from volume of operations on uterus appendages are established. Interrelation existence between the volume of operations on appendages of uterus and disturbance of functional state hypotalamo-hypophysial-ovariums system and an ovarium reserve is proved. The obtained data allowed to prove scientifically need of improvement of tactics of auxiliary genesial technologies at women after various methods of treatment of pathology of ovaries and uterine tubes. Are studied comparative aspects of structure of operations, the genesial anamnesis, duration and features of treatment of sterility at women with various methods of treatment of pathology of ovaries and uterine tubes. The algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions for sterility treatment with use of auxiliary genesial technologies after various methods of treatment of pathology of ovaries and uterine tubes is improved and introduced.
