Consideration of the issues of the termination of the right to alimony when a child receives property proceeds under the prism of the general theoretical aspect that comprehensively, structurally and effectively improves the methodological apparatus and the mechanism of legal regulation in achieving the goal and the fulfillment of the tasks of family law, since the study is carried out with a combination of family law with civil and administrative law. .
