Bohachova O. Substantiation of methodical approaches to psychophysiological selection of industrial workers for hazardous operations.

The dissertation considers a topical problem - optimization of the conditions of vocational and technical education of adolescents in agricultural specialties based on vocational agrarian lyceums (VAL), for their health protection and promotion. The complex of individual psychophysiological and psychological characteristics of the agricultural professionals, which provide successful acquisition of the required abilities and skills by the VAL students, protecting their health under conditions of reducing occupation-associated risk factors, has been determined. The cause-effect relationship has been revealed between the nature and conditions of vocational training and the peculiarities of life activity (the risk factors were defined) in VAL with the formation of a system of professionally significant psychophysiological functions, functional state of the body, general and mental health of lyceum students. The standardized program of psycho-physiological testing for lyceum students "The 'Agrotest' testing program of occupational aptitude for agricultural professions" has been developed and implemented in the educational and practical activities of educational institutions, aimed at measuring the level of implementation of professionally significant functions of the involved agricultural jobs, which students acquire at the VAL. The complex of measures for monitoring and hygienic optimization of the quality of the educational environment in vocational agrarian lyceums has been worked out, which is based on the principles of hygienic prenosological diagnosis, determination of criterial professionally significant functions, functional state and health of students, which belong to the estimation criteria of risk.
