Оn based of rehabilitation center "Perspective" (Lviv) and the Communal 8 City Clinical Hospital (Lviv) 113 drug addicts were examined and 92 not-addicts persons and 10 persons with an intact periodontal were examinedon the basis of the Dental Medical Center of Danil Galitsky LNMU. Among examined drug addicts, periodontal tissue diseases are more frequent, and in young people, were detected. In drug addicts patients, the pathological process in the tissues of the periodontal develops more intensively with an increase in the duration and more frequent use of narcotic substances. Pathogistological changes in drug addicts persons have a more pronounced destructive character than non-addictive ones. In in the oral liquid of drug addicts patients, the activity of acid phosphatase increases and the activity of alkaline phosphatase decreases, decreases АРІ, the content of calcium was higher and the content of phosphorus was lower. Zinc and manganese in the oral liquid of drug addicted patients were significantly less than those with intact periodontal tissues. It was found that chrome, lead and strontium in the oral liquid of drug addicted patients increased in patients who were actively using drugs or were in post-abstinent state, in contrast to those who had a stable remission of drug addiction. The scheme of treatment of inflammatory and dystrophic-inflammatory diseases of a periodontal tissues is developed at a drug addict patients using the means of pathogenetic action, namely the drugs "Kvertin", "Namazit" and "Dentaid Xeros". The effectiveness of the proposed integrated treatment is confirmed by the improvement of periodontal status, the positive dynamics of the indexes of periodontal tissue, namely, the data of PI improved by 38% with gingivitis, by 34% with the GP I stage and by 43% with the GP ІІ stage. The biochemical parameters of the oral liquid also had a better result, in particular, the API increased with gingivitis by 1,8 times, with the GP I stage - in 2 times and the GP II stage - in 3 times.
