Essay

The dissertation is devoted to prevention of perinatal complications of women with fetal loss syndrome by prescribing to them during pregnancy the L-arginine aspartate and folic acid. It has been established that the patients with fetal loss syndrome have an early (pre-clinical) gestational endothelial dysfunction, decrease of folic acid in blood, high rate of creatinine in amniotic fluid. During the morphological study of the provisional organs of the fetus, there have been noted the dystrophic and degenerative changes with signs of infection. The pregnancy and childbirth of patients with fetal loss syndrome passed with different complications, as well as there were noted certain states of the perinatal period of newborns. It has been proved that endothelial dysfunction was not diagnosed after the prescription of nitric oxide donator of L-arginine aspartate and folic acid to pregnant women, there was noted the normalization of the concentration of folic acid in the blood; the creatinine content in amniotic fluid fell almost by half. During the morphological study of the secundines, along with dystrophic and degenerative changes, there were noted the compensatory and adaptive changes. Rightfully argue that the prescription of pharmacological therapy has significantly improved the perinatal consequences of women with fetal loss syndrome.
