The publication analysis scientific and theoretical concepts and approaches for exploring the problem of the ratio of reflection and reflexivity in psychological and pedagogical researches, the essence of these concepts are declosed, envisaged ways and perspectives of reflexivity of future psychologists in terms of educational and professional activity in higher education institutions. In the course of research, the reflexivity of a psychologist as a systematic foundation was determined, a specific and unique psychic capacity, and an individual objective-quality of the subject, which structures and integrates personal and professional qualities into integral synthesis (constellation), while developing, enriching and reinforcing them on the basis of formation own values and principles and defining a strategy for self-development and professional development. It was informed that the high level of formation of reflexive skills causes a high level of reflexivity as a personal quality. It was found that the psychological and pedagogical conditions of reflexivity development of future psychologists in higher education institutions are: a status of teacher and student; implementation of a competent approach to the organization of training; the primacy of subject of training and the personality of the professional, its value orientations, the meanings, the motives; actualization of semantic experiences, the content of which is a professionally oriented change in the value-semantic sphere of the personality of the future psychologist; cultural correspondence, ecological and anthropocentrism of a reflexively rich educational environment, its congruence of the future undertakings of a psychologist as a sociocultural practice; the integration of different technologies, forms and sources of education in order to create a space of their own capabilities. It is found that the factor of development of reflexivity of the future psychologist is a reflexively saturated educational environment, which is a resource for improving the quality of vocational education, where vital situations and events are integrated, all conditions for "immersion" into yourself, request to their own inner world, available opportunities for its arrangement and restructuring, that is, conditions are created for the formation of the personality of a psychologist, the development of its subject activity and the formation of reflexivity. The dissertation presents the justification and structure of the program for the development of the reflexivity's future psychologists. The vertification of the effectiveness of the proposed development program showed statistically significant changes in the development of reflexive competence and reflexive skills of students of experimental groups. Increased level of reflexivity and expansion of the spectrum of reflexive abilities of the subjects were recorded.
