Essay

It has been proved that the main pedagogical conditions for the effective implementation of the process of forming the gender competence of prospective teachers are as follows: systematic approach to the scientific and methodological provision of the educational process in higher education institutions with the reflection of the essence of gender competence; organization of the process of assimilating professionally important knowledge, skills and abilities, considering the individual characteristics of students; creation of mechanisms for stimulating personal and professional self-improvement throughout life. The peculiarities of the content, approaches, forms of organization of teachers' professional training on the basis of gender pedagogy in Ukraine have been revealed, the comparative analysis of Ukrainian and German experience of teacher training on the basis of gender pedagogy is performed.
