The object of research is the technology of integrated processing of industrial hemp seeds. The purpose of the study is to develop a low-waste technology for the integrated processing of industrial hemp seeds. Methods of research are the standard methods for determining the quality indices of industrial hemp seeds and products of its processing, ion exchange liquid and column chromatography, spectrophotometric method; gas-liquid chromatography method. On the basis of the performed complex theoretical and experimental researches, knowledge was deepened and new data on the processing of industrial hemp seeds into food products were obtained; new data on physical and chemical, microbiological quality indices, safety indexes, amino acid, fatty acid, mineral composition of industrial hemp seeds grades "Glesiya" and "Glyana" and its products were first obtained; A method of hemp oil packaging in improved sachet-packages is offered , which allows to slow down processes of oxidation of unsaturated fatty acids. The field of use is industrial production.
