Essay

In the dissertation work on the basis of generalization of the results of complex toxicological, hygienic, hematological, biochemical, immunological, microbiological researches developed and scientifically grounded hygienic regulations of the permitted content of nitroxolin in the air of the working zone, a set of preventive measures for the improvement of working conditions and practical recommendations for the prevention of negative effects have been proposed. the influence of working in the production of nitroxoline. The degree of toxicity and the biological effect of nitroxolin in the oral, inhalation and percutaneous routes of laboratory animals in acute and subacute experiments has been established. The resorptive-toxic and local-irritating effect on application to the skin and mucous membranes, cumulative properties and immunosensitizing effect was studied. The antimicrobial action of nitroxolin has been investigated in the long-term inhalation route of entering the microbiotopes of the urogenital tract and the lumen of the large intestine of experimental animals. The threshold of the specific dysbiosis of the compound (Limch am) has been established. On the basis of the conducted studies, the hygienic regulation of the permissible nitroxoline content in the air of the working area of the production premises was substantiated and a complex of sanitary-hygienic and medical preventive measures aimed at improving working conditions and preserving the health of workers in contact with the drug was developed.
