The subject matter of this thesis is complex determination of blood of menstrual origin on material evidence for organoleptic and sensory determinations of amines - trimethylamine, the quantitative content of prostaglandins - PGF2a, its precursors - arachidonic, linoleic and linolenic acids. In the work, the features of changes in biochemical parameters in menstrual blood have been studied in a complex manner. It was found that trimethylamine as a component of menstrual blood, which is determined organoleptically and by a sensory sensor based on polyaniline, can be used as a test for the presence of menstrual blood. It is determined that for the forensic evidence of the presence of blood of menstrual origin, the detection of such constituents as fatty acids can be used. It has been established that menstrual blood has characteristic features of the content of individual fatty acids entering into the pool of unsaturated fatty acids and polyunsaturated fatty acids. It is determined that PGF2a is a characteristic constant component of blood of menstrual origin, which is due to its participation in the physiological process of menstruation. Quantitative criteria for differential diagnosis of blood of menstrual origin on physical evidence have been developed
