Zabolotin A. Diagnostics and endoscopic treatment of congenital anomalies of development of uterus.

Dissertation work is devoted to rising of efficiency of expeditious treatment of women with congenital anomalies of development of uterus on the basis of scientific justification and introduction of advanced algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions. Need of improvement of algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions at women with congenital anomalies of development of uterus is scientifically proved. Features of a functional condition of genesial system at women with congenital anomalies of development of a uterus are established, existence of high frequency of accompanying genital pathology and anomalies of development of kidneys is thus shown. The received results allowed to dilate available data about pathogenesis of female sterility at women with congenital anomalies of development of uterus. Comparative aspects of clinical current of various forms of congenital anomalies of development of uterus in aspect of efficiency of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions with use of modern endoscopic technologies are established. The algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions for rising of efficiency of diagnostics and expeditious treatment of various forms of congenital anomalies of development of uterus with use of modern endoscopic technologies and prophylaxes the trombogemorragical of complications is improved and introduced.
