Essay

The dissertation is devoted to theoretical substantiation and the experimental verification of the methodology of training the engineering graphics of the future engineers-mechanics by means of computer modeling. Within the framework of the study it has been determined the essence of the main categories and concepts in regard to training the engineering graphics, scientific and pedagogical bases of formation of engineering-graphic knowledge and abilities and the current state and trends of the development of teaching engineering and graphic disciplines by means of computer modeling; During the study, it was determined that a computer geometric modeling is closely linked with such aspects as the type of activity, as a means for the implementation of a particular activity, as an independent system of knowledge and skills, formed on the one hand in a certain way, but on the other - serves as the basis for the formation of other professionally important components of a future specialist. According to the didactic point of view a computer geometric modeling becomes an important component of the professional training of the future engineers-mechanics, with all its components: profound, technological, effective, etc. For the realization of the main tasks set in it has been developed and substantiated the Concept of graphic preparation of the future engineers-mechanics by means of computer modeling. It has been developed the methodology of training the engineering graphics of the future engineers-mechanics by means of computer modeling and a complex of teaching and methodical and didactic provision of training of engineering graphics by means of computer modeling. A pedagogical experiment was conducted to confirm the effectiveness of the proposed training methodology. The analysis of the results obtained during the pedagogical experiment gives grounds to assert that the developed methodology of training the engineering graphics of the future mechanics engineers-mechanics by means of computer modeling gave a positive result and contributed to the increase of the level of graphic preparation of students.
