Essay

Object of study: state regulation of physical education and sports. Purpose: substantiation of the theoretical foundations and development of practical recommendations for improving the mechanisms of state regulation of physical education and sports in Ukraine. Methods: systemic, structural-functional, dialectical, situational, normative and quantitative approaches, induction, deduction, abstraction, generalization, analysis and synthesis, a method of researching documents, Internet resources, mathematical-statistical, mathematical modeling and formal-prognostic. The results are theoretically substantiated and scientifically developed scientific and applied recommendations for improving the mechanisms of state regulation of physical education and sports in Ukraine. Novelty: the strategic foundations for reforming the sphere of physical education and sports have been reasonably developed; the formation of modern approaches to state regulation of the development of physical culture and sports has been improved; improved approaches and methods of budget financing of the state and non-state sectors of physical education and sports in order to improve the financial mechanism of the industry; the set of proposals for improving the organizational and legal mechanism of state regulation of the activities of subjects of the sphere of physical culture and sports movement was further developed. Introduced into the activities of the Department of Education and Science of the Vinnitsa Regional State Administration, the Office of Physical Culture and Sports of the Vinnitsa Regional State Administration, the National University of Civil Protection of Ukraine. Fields of application: public authorities.
