Essay

The work is devoted to solving the urgent task of clinical urology - increasing the effectiveness of providing medical care to women of reproductive age (WRA) with acute non-obstructive pyelonephritis (ANP), by assessing the influence of the menstrual cycle (MC) and chronic inflammatory diseases of the pelvic organs (CIDPO) on the pathogenesis of the disease and the determination of the criterion for predicting the nature of its course. The application of the criterion of prediction of the nature of the ANP in women of reproductive age for decision making with the personified choice of the type of specialized care (outpatient, inpatient) is substantiated. Its key element is the definition of the period of the menstrual cycle, in which the disease occurs, that is an information that does not require any additional costs. The diagnostic efficiency of this criterion is 90.8%.
