Lisutin A. The development of the state regulation mechanism of light industry in Ukraine

The object of study is the process of light industry state regulation in Ukraine. The purpose of the study is to substantiate theoretical and methodological approaches and to develop scientific and practical recommendations for the light industry state regulation mechanism development in Ukraine by improving the organizational and economic directions for improving the industry competitiveness in the European integration context. Research methods - historical; analysis and synthesis; comparative analysis method; deduction method; mathematical methods. The practical significance of the obtained results is determined by the fact that research scientific conclusions and generalizations have been brought to the level of specific directions, which are the basis for their implementation in the practice of public administration in order to improve the light industry state regulation mechanisms in Ukraine. The scientific novelty of the obtained results is to substantiate, deepen and develop scientific and methodological and practical recommendations on the light industry state regulation mechanism development in Ukraine to ensure the European integration vector of forming a competitive industrial environment in Ukraine. The scientific and methodological approach to the state mechanism formation for improving the light industry enterprises competitiveness has been improved; scientific and methodological approach to the development of the light industry state regulation regional mechanism in Ukraine; directions of the light industry state regulation mechanism in Ukraine, which cover the main elements of the regulatory, economic and financial mechanism of light industry state regulation at the state and regional levels. Further development was gained - conceptual foundations generalization of the light industry state regulation mechanism in Ukraine; theoretical provisions on determining the peculiarities of light industry state regulation current mechanisms development in European and leading countries of the industry; light industry development defining the main tasks by sectoral structure in Ukraine in the context of European integration; methodical approach to the competitiveness assessment of light industry enterprises of Ukraine on the matrix analysis basis; recommendations for the activation the light industry sustainable development state mechanisms for the six regions with the most favorable conditions for the light industry development.
