Essay

The object of research is the process of managing intellectual property in Ukraine. Research methods - historical method; analysis and synthesis method; comparative analysis method; methods of deduction; mathematical methods. The practical significance of the results is determined by the fact that the scientific conclusions and generalizations of the dissertation research are brought to the level of specific areas, which are the basis for their implementation in the practice of public administration in order to improve the mechanisms of public administration of intellectual property. The scientific novelty of the thesis consists in the justification, deepening and development of scientific, methodological and practical recommendations for improving the mechanisms of state management of intellectual property in the context of reforming the intellectual property market to improve the competitive environment and increase the innovative potential of Ukraine. For the first time, a comprehensive scientific approach to the formation of an effective organizational mechanism for public administration of intellectual property has been developed. Improved: scientific approach to the formation of effective mechanisms of state management of intellectual property; scientific and methodological approach to the assessment of intellectual property; scientific approach to the formation of adaptation directions of the organizational mechanism of state management of intellectual property. Received further development: generalization of the theoretical foundations for the development of the system of state management of intellectual property; regulatory mechanism for the state management of intellectual property; directions for introducing an effective system of commercialization of intellectual property and technology transfer.
