Pylypchuk L. Personality factors of the interaction of medical nurses with patients in conditions of inpatient treatment

The dissertation is devoted to the research of the personal qualities of nurses, which condition the effective therapeutic interaction with patients in the conditions of inpatient treatment. The paper analyzes scientific works devoted to the personality traits of a person, therapeutic interaction, ethical-deontological aspects of the medical process. In this paper, a comparison of the general representations of nurses and patients about personal qualities that ensure their effective interaction, the degree of their coherence is determined. The peculiarities of the representations of the nurses about quality, providing interaction with the patient, are investigated in dynamics. The motivation, satisfaction with the profession, values and emotional orientation of nurses during the period of study were studied. The existence of the relationship between the value - motivational sphere of the personality of the nurses with social representations about the significant qualities of the person providing the interaction with the patient is revealed. A scientifically grounded structure-activity model of development of professionally meaningful personal qualities of nurses aimed at optimization of their personal qualities is developed. A psychological training program aimed at optimizing the personal qualities of nurses and proving its effectiveness has been created.
