Slobodianiuk Y. Prevention of ureter trauma due to gynecological surgeries and endoscopic methods of its treatment.

The thesis is concerned with the decrease of the frequency and results' improvement of the treatment of traumas of the ureter during obstetric and gynecological surgeries by the improvement of preventive measures and surgical correction. The scientific novelty of the work is that the author determines the leading risk factors for ureteral trauma in gynecological surgeries and assesses their significance based on the analysis of the survey data. The factors of probability prediction and the risk groups of ureteral injury during gynecological operations were established. The efficiency of the method of intraoperative evaluation of the optimal level of ureteral reconstruction by determining the electrophysiological activity of its wall is proposed and studied. The efficiency of clinical application of algorithms for diagnostics and surgical treatment of ureteral trauma in gynecological operations was determined.
