Essay

Object of study: public administration of the training of specialists in the field of civil protection. Purpose: substantiation of the theoretical foundations and development of practical recommendations regarding public administration of the system of training specialists in the field of civil protection based on the experience of the Republic of Poland for Ukraine. Methods: the method of observation and theoretical generalization; comparison method; abstraction method; analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction; systems approach; structural-logical and descriptive analysis; abstract logical method. The results substantiate the theoretical foundations and scientific approaches to improving public administration of the system of training specialists in the field of civil protection based on the experience of the Republic of Poland for Ukraine. Novelty: the directions of transformational transformations of public administration mechanisms are proposed for the system of training specialists in the field of civil protection in Ukraine on the basis of attracting foreign experience; improved ways of forming the organizational and economic mechanism of public administration by training specialists in the field of civil protection based on the experience of the Republic of Poland; approaches to reforming the mechanisms of public administration of the system of training specialists in the field of civil protection by using the experience of the Republic of Poland on the analysis of existing regulatory documents in the field of training specialists of the civil protection service and building a diagram of the process for implementing this mechanism in practice. Introduced into the activity of the Department of Personnel of the SES of Ukraine, the Emergency Management Department of the Kyiv City State Administration, the National University of Civil Protection of Ukraine. Areas of use: public authorities, local authorities and self-government, public organizations.
