Essay

The object of the dissertation is the process of economic and ecological development of the transport-logistical component of waste management at the sectoral-territorial level. The purpose of the work is to substantiate and develop theoretical and methodological provisions and scientific and practical recommendations on the economic and environmental development of transport and logistics component of responsible waste management. The methodological basis of the dissertation is the dialectical method of scientific knowledge, systematic approach, fundamental provisions of economic theory, economics of nature management, waste management, resource economy, theory of management decisions, legislative and regulatory documents on waste management, as well as scientific and applied organizational provisions logistics. To solve the problems of the research were used: abstract-logical and comparative analysis, method of simulation modeling, method of economic-mathematical modeling, expert method, methods of economic-statistical analysis. The scientific novelty of the obtained results is the theoretical and methodological substantiation and development of scientific and methodological approaches and practical recommendations on the economic and environmental development of the transport and logistics component of responsible waste management. The practical significance of the obtained results is to bring the main provisions of the dissertation to the level of methodological developments and practical recommendations aimed at the formation of organizational and economic tools and management decisions on the economic and environmental development of transport and logistics component of responsible waste management. Theoretical, methodological and practical results of the dissertation were used in the activities of Ltd "UMWELT Ukraine" (ref. №3611-19 from 18.04.19), Ltd "AVE Mukachevo" (ref. №587 from 30.07.2019). Proposals developed in the work have been approved by the Department of Economic Strategy and Macroeconomic Forecasting of the Ministry of Economic Development of Ukraine (№ 3031-05 / 31465-07 dated 30.07.2019) and will be used in the course of monitoring the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals in Ukraine and will be approved and taken into account in the work of Department of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Odessa Regional State Administration during the formation of the Regional Waste Management Program (certificate № 2/260 of 18.07.2019). Application field is the economics of nature management and environmental protection.
