Considering unconditional importance of the preventive approach to the preservation and strengthening of reproductive health of girls, there currently is not enough research in terms of the Health Рromotion concept and health-saving strategy as to the integrated assessment of the reproductive potential, where the personality is an active participant in the process of preserving and restoring health. Therefore, the purpose of the study was to provide a scientific basis for the system of medical and social measures for preservation and strengthening of the reproductive potential of women of early reproductive age on the basis of its integrated assessment. In the course of research it was first developed and scientifically substantiated the screening assessment methodology of individual reproductive health of women of early reproductive age. The assessment of individual reproductive health was calculated as an arithmetic mean of score by nine indicators characterizing physical development, features of the ovarian menstrual cycle, presence or absence of diseases of the reproductive system and extragenital pathology. The research for the first time scientifically substantiated the algorithm of diagnostics of reproductive potential and the system of medico-psychological and social assistance to female students, which is the basis of the "Youth Friendly Clinic" and educational work of the Resource Center of higher education institution "School of pedagogics of health". It was defined social and hygienic, psychology and pedagogical conditions of formation of reproductive potential of youth on the basis of an integrated research of reproductive behavior, reproductive attitude, social and hygienic factors of vital activity, depending on the types of gender identity of girls of 17 - 22 years: 1) awareness and acceptance by young people of the principles of a healthy lifestyle, conscious attitude to their own health and the health of others; 2) wide spectrum of educational activities as to actualization among young people of adequate attitude of the culture of intersexual relations, reproductive behavior, family values taking into account the gender identity of the individual; 3) training of health workers, psychologists, social educators, volunteers from among the students for work with young people concerning formation of healthy lifestyle habits; 4) inclusion in the discipline of the student's free choice of specialized courses of health-saving content, consisting of theoretical and training components; 5) presence of task-adequate formation of reproductive potential of teaching and methodological support of educational process; 6) support of educational institutions by administration, support of reproductive health-saving by the public, parents, student self-government. Taking into account the received results, a complex of measures for a medical, psychological and social support of educational work among students concerning formation of reproductive potential of women of early reproductive age were developed and implemented on the basis of the Resource Center "School of pedagogics of health" and "Youth Friendly Clinic". The effectiveness of the implementation of actions was evaluated according to the level of formation of health-saving competence.
