The scheme of efficiency estimation of implementation of the strategy of formation of the resources of development of the enterprise is worked out. The scheme of transposition and integration of development resources within the systems of strategic enterprise management is proposed. In the course of the research, it was found that at this stage of their functioning, Ukrainian pharmaceutical companies are not ready to carry out long and costly developments, primarily due to the lack of financial resources. In the course of the research it was established that in today's economic conditions it is quite difficult to implement the innovative-integrative strategy of the pharmaceutical enterprises development resources formation in connection with the excess of the needs for financial development resources over existing and borrowed funds. This strategy can be realized in the future.
